Durante el mismo, el Dr. C\u00e9sar Ru\u00edz D\u00edaz, facilitador del mhGAP, presenta dicha gu\u00eda a los 5 m\u00e9dicos generales del CENPTRA, para reforzar la atenci\u00f3n a Personas con Problemas derivados del Consumo de Alcohol y Otras Drogas (PPDCAD). Estas capacitaciones se enmarcan dentro de las acciones del Plan de Acci\u00f3n contra el Abuso de Drogas \u201cSUMAR\u201d, iniciativa del Gobierno del Presidente Santiago Pe\u00f1a, aprobado por el Decreto N\u00b0 915, del 21 de diciembre de 2023.
